To confirm your participation in MEGAWATT DAY 2025, you must fill out the “Registration Form” below and pay  €150 + VAT per person. A receipted invoice will be issued upon payment.

Registration includes participation in all activities of the day: Conference + Welcome coffee + Coffee breaks + Light lunch + Aperitif.

Refund policy: registered persons who cannot attend and do not send a delegate will be refunded minus the administrative fee of €50, provided that the request is received in writing by September 15, 2025. After this date, no refund will be made.

N.B.: the entry pass that will be given to all those registered for MEGAWATT DAY for Tuesday 7 October will also give access to the E-CHARGE 2025, TRAFFIC 2025 and E-BUS EUROPE 2025 trade shows on Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9 October in the BolognaFiere halls.
